Summer’s Cemetery

Posted on

I have called it the Summers Cemetery although it is a solitary stone.

Directions are:  Turn left on to Big Spring Road from Highway 41 to Manchester.  Then turn right onto Arnold Road.  The stone is located on the left about 1/4 mile down

Someone had recently cut bushes and trees from around the stone is the only reason I saw it.  It may have grown up again since then.

If you have ever wondered why your ancestors picked this area to live in, just look at the background in this picture.
